We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty upon arrival. Exchanges are available under specific conditions.
Faulty Items
If your Sage bag arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 14 days with photos and proof of purchase.
- The item must be unused, unstained, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed within 7-10 days.
Exclusions:
- Damage or stains caused after delivery (spills, dye transfer, misuse).
- Minor variations in texture or material.
Stains & Customer-Caused Damage
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for stains, marks, or damage after delivery. Customers are responsible for maintaining the bag’s condition.
Care & Return Conditions
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth – avoid scrubbing or harsh chemicals.
- Keep away from oils, dark fabrics, and makeup to prevent stains.
Returns are only accepted if the security tag is intact.
How to Request a Return

- Name & Order Number
- Reason for Return (faulty item, exchange request)
- Photos/videos of the issue
If Approved:
- A Return Authorization Number & instructions will be provided.
- The item must be returned within 28 days via tracked shipping.
Inspection & Outcome:
- If eligible, a replacement will be shipped (subject to availability, 2-3 weeks).
- If the bag shows signs of use, stains, or removed tags, the return will be denied.
